Goldberg Challenge Team Building Event

Bring your team in order to create a creative Gothenburg mechanical devices, you will exercise your team’s creativity for powerful. The Gothenburg Challenge is an exciting project team to success for the fulfillment of its instruction and to the need for full collaboration between members of the complementary strengths, and at the same time we want to form a strong strategic thinking, with excellent external communication skills.

Participants will be divided into groups of 12-15 people, each group needs a person to full-fill the roles of: project managers, designers, production manager, financial managers, external coordinator etc. Each group needs to complete the task within the specified time use of all resources provided to build their own group of Gothenburg unit and test to see they can get a ball all the way to the end. At the same time, the Panel is required to communicate with an external team, and the ultimate realization of all units of the docking and ensure that the target of the sphere can be passed smoothly from the specified start position reaches the specified end point.

This course is for the productivity of your teams ability to innovate, communication skills, time management, unselfish and resource management demands a great deal.

本挑战需要所有成员用迂回曲折的方法设计并制造出一套精确而复杂的哥德堡装置来完成规定的任务;这个哥德堡装置在美国叫疯狂机器Crazy Machine,由美国漫画家Rube Goldberg设计发明,而这种有趣的设计方法在国外逐渐成为大学机械系所或是训练创意思考的最受欢迎课程。挑战哥德堡是一个令人兴奋的团队项目,要想成功的完成任务,成员之间必须充分协作、优势互补,同时还要形成很强的战略思维,具备优秀的外部沟通能力。

参与者会被分成12-15人一小组,每个小组需要有这样几个主要的角色成员:项目经理、设计师、生产经理、财务经理、外部协调员等。每组需在规定时间内充分利用资源,建设自己小组的哥德堡装置,并使测试球体能顺利通过。同时,各小组需与外部团队充分沟通,最终实现所有装置的对接,并确保目标球体能顺利通过,从指定起始位置到达指定终点。

本课程对团队的工作效率,创新能力,沟通能力,大局观,时间管理和资源管理提出了很高的要求。
