In the Age of Discovery, Dias discovered the Cape of Good Hope with a sailing ship, Columbus discovered the Americas with a sailing ship, and Magellan completed the first voyage around the world with a sailing ship. A sailing ship can go far without motive power. During the course, members learn how to read a nautical chart, compass navigation, getting their sea legs. The team must work together to sail on the sea. The challenge is you must push beyond yourself, deal with waves and bumping, experience an impressive life journey; sure there is peace time for you, in the warm sunshine, and the soft sea breeze, and you can enjoy the dolphins or other sea animals swimming around the ship.

大航海时代中，迪亚士发现好望角用的是帆船，哥伦布到达美洲用的是帆船，麦哲伦完成环球航行，用的依旧是帆船。利用风力，帆船可以不携带任何燃料行驶到很远的地方！在无动力帆船课程中：学员将学习读航海图，指南针导航，克服帆船的颠簸，必须与其它组员齐心合力，才能够乘风破浪，扬帆远行。艰辛之处在于你需要超越自己的极限，不畏海水冲击，船板颠簸，勇敢面对海风、海浪，去经历一次难忘的人生旅程；当然，航程中亦有宁静的时候，沐浴在温暖阳光下，感受海上的微风吹拂，观赏在船边游过的海豚或其它海洋生物。
