DISC Leadership Appraisal |DISC领导力评估
A DISC appraisal is taken to evaluate middle and senior corporate executives. Questionnaires give insight into a few dimensions of corporate executives leadership behaviors and leadership styles. These analyses to help leaders identify their own strengths and weaknesses, which is then used to create customized, personal training programs and solutions to self-improvement as part of the team building process. The circle is completed upon completion of individual and team appraisal.
