Zen Meditation Culture｜禅修文化： 

In the Pali language, the founding language of Buddhism, Zen meditation means “culturing the mind”. More specifically, it means "fostering the best state of mind". Meditation includes two parts: enlightenment and Zen. The Zen practice mainly focuses on practicing the eight righteous ways supplemented by the Mercy, Sorrow, Joy and Discard of Brahma-Vihara; the thought, wisdom, viriya and dhyana in the Seven Factors of Enlightenment. Zen meditation can give participants an opportunity to face and observe themselves and their inner world. Experiencing the tranquil reality is the start of everything. 

禅修的巴利文意思是“心灵的培育”，就是把心灵中的良好状态培育出来。禅修包括开示部分和禅法修炼部分两个方面，其实践方法就是以“八正道”的修学为主，辅以四梵住的慈悲喜舍；七觉支的念、择法、精进、定等等。禅修能带给修炼者一次面对自己的机会，一次内观的机会。体验宁静的真实，这是一切的开始！
